We’ll look at a small recent slice of our email logs for this address.

This tool is for customers of Ceexo services who want to verify that messages are being accepted by their mailbox provider.

2. How we use this

Our email platform tracks whether messages are successfully accepted by your mailbox provider or rejected (for example, because the address is invalid or the mailbox is full).

If we detect repeated hard bounces to an address, it may be temporarily blocked to protect delivery for all customers. This page lets you:

  • See if your address has been recently flagged.
  • View which messages were affected.
  • Ask Ceexo to review and clear any blocks where appropriate.
